Sponsorship is now open for the inaugural OpenID Well-Known Conference. Taking place February 2-4, 2027, at the historic London landmark, County Hall, sponsors will reach a focused audience of decision makers, ecosystem leaders, and technologists from established and emerging ecosystems worldwide. These are the people making architecture and procurement decisions that will shape identity infrastructure for years to come.
The OpenID Foundation’s work has reached significant scale. Its specifications are used in millions of applications, serving billions of users. In 2025 alone, the Foundation approved 11 final specifications, ran 15 interoperability events, and issued 663 new certifications. There are now 4,545 certifications worldwide.
The standards developed over the years by its open community of technical experts are now relied upon by many digital identity and open data ecosystems being built and scaled around the world.
For the first time, that knowledge and the community behind it are being brought together in one place, with unique focus on scaling trusted identity and open data ecosystems, and advancing the technologies that enable them.
The Well-Known Conference is an opportunity for organizations to put themselves alongside the people who are building and scaling these ecosystems, and at the point where the decisions are being made.
The conference runs over three days in the historic landmark in London, County Hall. Packages are limited and will be allocated in the order expressions of interest are received.
Below is a snapshot of the packages. Branding is also available on badges, lanyards, refreshment stations, Wi-Fi instructions, Working Group meeting rooms, and the conference livestream and recordings. Full details are in the Sponsor Prospectus.

The OpenID Foundation (OIDF) is a global open standards body committed to building trusted identity ecosystems. Our mission is to lead the global community in identity standards that are secure, interoperable, and privacy respecting. Founded in 2007, we are a community of technical experts. The Foundation's OpenID Connect standard is now used by billions of people across millions of applications. More recently, the FAPI security profile - built on OAuth 2.0 - has become the standard of choice for interoperable Open Banking and Open Data implementations, while OpenID for Verifiable Credentials specifications are underpinning a new generation of digital wallets. Today, the OpenID Foundation's standards are the connective tissue that enable people to assert their identity and access their data at scale, the scale of the internet, enabling "networks of networks" to interoperate globally. Individuals, companies, governments and non-profits are encouraged to join or participate. Find out more at openid.net.
