The OpenID Connect Federation specification has been updated to incorporate the following changes:

• Changed client metadata names scopes to rp_scopes and claims to rp_claims.
• Added Open Issues appendix.
• Added additional references.
• Editorial improvements.
• Added standard Notices section, which is present in all OpenID specifications.
