Workshop Overview

OpenID Foundation Workshops provide technical insight and influence on current digital identity standards while offering a collaborative platform to openly address current trends and market opportunities. This OpenID Foundation Workshop includes a number of presentations focused on 2023 Foundation key initiatives as well as updates on active working groups.

  • Description: The OpenID Foundation standards are playing a progressively important role in digital identity architectures globally. If we take a step back and look at the larger picture, what is the context in which architects are choosing standards, what are the gaps in the landscape and OIDF’s role? What has the foundation learning from recent whitepapers that we can apply into the Foundation’s strategy and approach?

OIDF Member Feedback for the Interoperability Summit 

  • Non-profit standards bodies recognize the need for global digital identity infrastructure to better bridge the global north and the global south. At an invite only Summit in Paris November 28th, a selection of leading non-profits, governments and multi-lateral institutions will meet to craft a shared path forward.
