OpenID Foundation Membership Terms and Conditions
If you have questions, please contact the foundation via email.- I will become a member of OpenID Foundation on the next day immediately following payment of my annual membership dues and OpenID Foundation’s acceptance of this Membership Application and Agreement. I will be eligible for renewal of my membership on a yearly basis upon payment of annual membership dues and compliance with OpenID Foundation’s renewal procedures. My membership in OpenID Foundation is nontransferable without OpenID Foundation’s prior written approval.
- I agree to comply with OpenID Foundation’s bylaws, policies, procedures, and other regulations, as adopted or amended from time to time and published on its official website (www.openid.net).
- I authorize OpenID Foundation to publicly disclose my membership in OpenID Foundation in press releases, on its website, in brochures, and by other similar means, unless otherwise requested by me in writing.
- I may terminate my membership in OpenID Foundation at any time upon written notice to OpenID Foundation, but I understand that I will not receive a refund for annual membership dues already paid for the year of termination.
- This Membership Application and Agreement will be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, and the exclusive jurisdiction for any action related to this Membership Application and Agreement will be state and federal courts located in the State of Oregon.
