It is possible to read online (on openid.net) the OIDF Bylaws like
http://www.apache.org/foundation/bylaws.html or
http://www.mozilla.org/foundation/documents/ ?

 

Does OIDF had obtained the authorization for the tax501(c)(3) tax-exempt
status from IRS or is still in process (or not)?
