The stated goals can be reached by many other means, and this open ID program is a small step, but isn&#039;t designed to encourage a &quot;citizen&#039;s government&quot;. the design of such things are useful only in subjugating people. From this small step in this direction, a dozen turns can be made, and all of them look bad to me. It is not necessary for privacy reasons, or any of the reasons stated, and therefore is very suspect. The list of big players that are working on it is even more suspect. The timing to go along with several other identity system implementations creating nationwide databases is most suspect.</description>
